Fancy Cartel does not issue any cash refunds. If items are received broken or defective they must be returned at the customers expense upon receipt. Once received by us, we will issue store credit for the item(s) and amount of standard shipping. Items must be returned in original packaging and within 5 business days of delivery. There is absolutely no refunds on any custom made jewelry or mis-delivered orders, due to any mistakes made by customer in name spelling, abbreviations, incorrect address or characters we assume no liability for. Please confirm correct spelling of all names and addresses (apartment numbers) when making orders. All store credit issued must be used within a six month period.
